the face of Tory/Lib Dem attacks on the poorest areas of the
city.

Party will push for a proper set of policies and leadership from
Preston Council on issues of health.

cost, accessible leisure facilities for everyone
- Restore the
Passport to Leisure for disabled and low income
families
- Restore crèche
facilities for families
- Make better use
of licensing laws to discourage alcohol abuse by young
people'
