CITY OF PRESTON LABOUR PARTY

Labour Candidates are standing across Preston on a Manifesto for Change, to give more to those who have less, to protect the welfare and wellbeing of Presotn citizens, and to ensure that all the people of the City can enjoy a prosperous future.

Our key pledges are

1. To restore safety standards in, and invest in upgrading and improving, local children’s play areas

2. To enforce better standards of waste collection and introduce larger and   better litter bins

3. Restore and keep Passport to Leisure for the disabled and low income   families

4. Produce a Living Wage Economy, working towards fairer pay for    workers in Preston

5. To use new powers from the Government to restart first class Council Housing in Preston
